Rules To Follow

  • The Institution demands a high standard of punctuality & regularity from its staff & students.
  • Students must reach school at least 5 minutes before the morning assembly.
  • Leave application must be submitted in writing before morning assembly, if the student has to be absent.
  • Absence without intimation for a period of more than one week will render a student liable to withdrawal / expulsion from the institution.
  • Any Student coming late in the morning will be fined Rs. 50/- per day.
  • Failure to submit application for leave will render a student liable to pay a fine of Rs. 100/- per day which will increase in case of more than 3 days.
  • Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases are not permitted to attend the classes.
  • The Institution is in no way responsible / accountable for loss of books, equipment, money or valuables lost by the students.
  • Students should not bring expensive watches, pens, calculators etc., to the institution. Bringing electronic and communication devices like mobile phones and laptops is strictly forbidden.
  • Students are not allowed to see visitors in the institution
  • No Student can invite any outsider in the College without prior permission of the Principal.
  • Consent of the parents for excursion or educational trips arranged by the College is asked in writing. The College takes no responsibility for any damage during such trips.
  • No sectarian or political functions are permitted to be held by the students in the College premises.

 Following offences can render a student liable to disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the Discipline Committee:-

  • Indiscipline, cheating, stealing or immoral conduct.
  • Breaking Institution’s bounds.
  • Rudeness to staff.
  • Keeping fire – arms and other lethal weapons.
  • Willfully damaging Institution’s property.
  • Being habitually untidy, not punctual and neglecting institution’s orders.
  • Consistently Showing poor performance in academics.
  • Leaving institution’s premises without proper permission.
  • Smoking or bringing any kind of narcotics.
  • Getting involved in quarreling or physically assaulting any colleague or teacher.
  • Any other offence deemed to be serious enough by the Institution’s Discipline Committee.
